1. Brief Introduction of Cobre Panama Project

Cobre Panama is a large-scale open pit copper exploitation project which is located in Donoso District, Provincia de Colón, 120 kilometers west of panama city, 20km off the coast of the Caribbean. The franchise consists of four districts,totally 13,600 hectares, which is said to be the world's largest undeveloped copper mine,this mine. The mine is expected to produce 300, 000 tonnes of copper a year.

Up to now, we have spplied 8776.65 square meters Steel Gratings for this project, and we will proceed to supply steel gratings in the fllowing construction.

2. The stair tread gratings specification for Cobre Panama Project:

1)  Model number: G325/60/100WFG;

2) Bearing bar size: 32 X 5mm flat bar;

3)  Bearing bar pitch: 60mm;

4) Cross bar: 6x6mm twisted rod;

5) Cross bar pitch: 100mm

6)Surface treatment: Hot dip galvanization

7)Anti-slip nosing type: Yellow abrasive stair treads:

Free sample is available if our customer are willing to undertake the courier fee.

2.Layout drawing or shop drawing

We can provide the layout drawing or shop drawings for our customers' project solution. 

3.Inspection

Our factory supports all our customers or nominated third party to our factory for inspection.  In addition, we can provide the instant photos during the production.All of the products will be grinding and inspected before galvanization, and we will clearn the zinc slags and spatters before packing.QC department will issue certification before the products leaving the factory.

4.Strong package

We will do our best to offer strong package to keep the goods safe and sound when our customer receive them. 

5.After-sale service

We will track the goods' use condition. Not only providing the tech support, but the solution of goods' quality.
