 1. Ball Connected Handrail Brief Introduction

Ball connected handrail is made by stanchions and handrails as well as kneerails. 

We have specialized auto-welding Machine to weld the pipe and hollow ball together to be ball connected stanchion, the machine can complete one piece of stanchion within about 23 seconds

The welding joints of the ball and pipe are more even and smooth than manual welding.

Besides, we can offer stanchions seprately or offer finished handrail systerm according to drawings.

1) Stanchion Spacing:1000mm; 1200mm and 1500mm

2) Stanchion Height: 

 If double pole, the minium height of horizontal handrail is 1100mm; the min vertical height is 900mm for going up stairs/ramp handrail; single or beyond three poles, the height is as per request.
