1. Steel Mesh Grating Brief Introduction 

Mesh grating also be called offshore grating / on shore grating, usually be used in vessel, so it is also known as vessel Steel Grating or deck steel grating, the bearing bars are alternated with round bars for a lighter panel which retains the performanced of fine mesh.

2. The Advantage of Steel Mesh Grating

1) The mesh grating weight is lighter than the normal steel grating due to one harf of the bearing bars are replaced by round bars.

2) The mesh grating is more cost-effective due to ligher weight.

3) The mesh grating can prevent falling object to some extent.

1).Bearing bar size: 30X5mm,32x5mm, 35x5mm, etc.

Bearing bar pitch: 40mm;

Round bar size: φ=7mm;

Net space between bearing bar and round bar 14mm;

Cross bar pitch:50mm,100mm.

2).Bearing bar size: 30x3mm,32X3mm,etc.

Bearing bar pitch: 47mm;

Round bar size: φ=6mm;

Net space between bearing bar and round bar 19mm;

Cross bar pitch:50mm,100mm.
