1.Brief Introduction for the Stacker-reclaimer and Ship loader Project.

Firstly, the stacker and reclaimer is widely applied to stack and reclaim bulk cargoes(coal,ore etc). Stacker and reclaimer is mainly composed of steel structure, jib belt conveyor, feeder tripper, luffing mechanism, slew mechanism, travel mechanism, spray system, wheel bucket device, electrical system, necessary safety related components and accessory devices. stacker and reclaimer jib could slew, luffing, prolong or shorten itself. and end turning bucket is material grad device. We usually supply the walkway platform, stair treads and Steel Gratings for the stacker and reclaimer.

2.Steel Stair Treads for Stacker-reclaimer and Ship loader.

Our company produce Steel Ladder composed of steel grating staircase and handrial with beam.

We can finished steel ladder beam welding with staircase then galvanizing, to overcome destroying zinc layer when the separate galvanizing beam and sraircase then welding, and galvanized steel ladder without distortion.

Steel grating staircase is divided into eight models due to whether the front checkered plate and the mode of connection with ladder beam, labeled T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6,T7,T8.
